Using wedeterna.in and our ice fishing game means you accept these terms. If something doesn't sit right, don't download. No pressure.

How You Can Use This Game

We give you permission to download and play for personal, non-commercial use. You own your account, not the game. You can't resell access, hack the servers, or claim the code as your own. Keep it clean and we'll keep the servers running.

Your Responsibility

You're in charge of your account security. Don't share passwords. Don't use bots or cheats. If someone accesses your account, report it immediately. We'll help recover it, but negligence on your end isn't our liability.

Our Intellectual Property

Everything in the game—art, code, fish models, lake designs—is ours. You can't extract assets, mod the game without permission, or distribute copies. Respect the work that went into building this.

We're Not Liable For Everything

Our game is provided as-is. If your gaming PC explodes while fishing or the internet cuts out mid-tournament, that's not on us. We're not responsible for indirect damage, lost progress (unless it's our server failure), or decisions you make based on game events.
